Why does it take multiple days for Match of The Day to be uploaded to iPlayer? Saturday's episode still isn't up at the time of writing; 7:00pm on Monday. iPlayer never seems to be this long for other programmes. I don't think MOTD is added to iPlayer due to rights issues. yep there is a rights issue its one of the reasons why the repeat is on so early on a sunday so that it doesnt clash with goals on sunday on ss1.
