When I hover over the tab in the taskbar, it displays a tiny version of the wedge-sized window, but clicking on it does not open it. I tried opening it from the Task Manager, but that didn't work either. I finally clicked on the Firefox icon again, displayed as I hover over the tab in the taskbar, and another Firefox window opened, normally.
