Re: Delivery Status Notification (Delay) - 451 too many messages Go to solution Presumably if your employer thinks he/she is able to discipline or sack an employee in this type of instance, he will have systems in place that ensures the employee receives the email and that the system ensures the employee has to acknowledge receipt of the email.
He also received a delayed notification for that same user and it took over 4hrs as well before he received the Delayed delivery report. As you can see, this can become problematic especially when certain emails are urgent and the intended recipient and original senders are notified way too late. Some of my users are getting the "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" messages in their inbox for mails sent to a single recepient. Here is what confuses me.
