See Hear is a BBC Two current events programme that caters for deaf people and people with restricted hearing. Although a section of See Hear is frequently devoted to Deaf News (presented by Tessa Padden), a large amount of other subjects for the deaf are covered, including their rights and competitions.

I have just checked mine, as I do, at least, once a day and hey presto, iPlayer has loaded and I am in. I am guessing, this is just a random success.
