Sep 26, 2013 · Since I have updated my ipad2 to iOS7 it has been at the "Updating iCloud settings". 3 hours have elapsed now without any indication on progress being made. Also if I do not touch my ipad every 15 minutes it will turn off. By the looks of it turning off undoes all progress being made. How can I use my ipad again?
