I've asked AT&T to open those ports and keep getting disconnected with no return phone call from technical support. This isn't rocket science. There is an issue with the AT&T Router and the Firewall. I've been through 2 AT&T Routers and 2 WD mycould's in an effort to resolve this. Let's get this figured out.
